Marketing When listing a home for sale it is critical that we reach out to as many qualified buyers as possible. Before entering into the real estate profession Jeff Green was a web/search engine marketer and a marketing director for two successful businesses. Jeff has extensive knowledge on how to reach a wide market to find qualified buyers for you your home. Strategies include:
- Posting of your listing on multiple websites.
- Syndication through the M.O.R.E. MLS network. This is the Multiple Organization Reciprocal Exchange which allows our listings to be viewed through out the majority of the Bay Area, Sacramento and Central Valley markets.
- Direct mail.
- Eighteen point marketing plan. This is a plan that includes a number of other options that are available to reach buyers that are specific to your house.
Price Based on market comparable and local knowledge we will work together to price your home in such a way as to protect your equity and bring you a sale as quickly as possible. We will avoid the mistake of over-pricing your home which would cause it to be ignored or under-pricing your home which results in loss of equity.
Showings Together we will work toward the best showing plan. This will be a plan that will screen out buyers that are not qualified to buy your home so that we make the most of each showings. We will consult you as to the best ways to prepare your home for showings and be sensitive to your schedule and other concerns.
